What type of help do you need?

You will receive an email containing information about when the delivery should reach you. This email will also include important details such as:

  • Your Order Number: This is our internal reference for your order.
  • Your Customer Order Number: This is the reference you've used for your order.
  • The Carrier: This refers to the company that will be delivering your order.
  • Tracking Link: This is a link that you can use to track the real-time status of your order's delivery.
