What type of help do you need?
Order
You will receive an email containing information about when the delivery should reach you. This email will also include important details such as:
- Your Order Number: This is our internal reference for your order.
- Your Customer Order Number: This is the reference you've used for your order.
- The Carrier: This refers to the company that will be delivering your order.
- Tracking Link: This is a link that you can use to track the real-time status of your order's delivery.
If you haven't received this email or if you have any issues with the tracking link, please contact order@activebrandsgroup.se for assistance.
Shipping
Great news! We've got free shipping for orders over 2000 SEK / 200 EUR.
If your order is below that, there's a small admin fee of 249 SEK.
Delivery
Delivery within 3 days is guaranteed for Sweden, approximately 4 days for other Nordic countries, and around a week for Norway.
To change your delivery address, please log in and navigate to the 'Addresses' tab, then add a new address.
Please notify us of any discrepancies in your delivery at order@activebrandsgroup.sewithin 3 days of receipt. For other inquiries and return requests, feel free to contact us at order@activebrandsgroup.se.
Product
On every product page you can find the wholesale price and the RRP.
We also provide the margin for our products and in some cases also end consumer reviews.
You can find download links for brand assets and product information on all product pages under the ad to cart button.

To see your payment terms log in to you account and navigate to the orders tap to find the information.
