Ice Pack
Description
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
To use the product, find the inner bag and crush it. Then shake the bag to thoroughly mix the contents.
This is how you shorten the rehabilitation time:
- Place the ICE PACK on the injury as quickly as possible. To avoid frostbite, you should use a towel or elastic band between the cooling bag and the skin.
- For best effect, attach the ICE PACK to the injury with an elastic bandage, for instance use or Wrap Tape.
- Place the injured body part higher than the heart and rest.
- Use ICE PACK on the injury for 30 minutes.
First aid use of ICE PACK:
- Rapid treatment using an ICE PACK and an elastic bandage is important in the first few minutes (do not use heat during the acute phase). Make sure there is enough compression on the injury site for the first 15 minutes.
- The combination of the ICE PACK and an elastic bandage reduces pain and swelling.
- The cooling treatment can last up to 30 minutes and can then be resumed every three hours as needed.

The product is intended for external use only. Avoid puncturing the bag and do not drink the contents. If the contents are accidentally swallowed, consult a doctor immediately and drink plenty of water. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person and do not induce vomiting without the instruction of a doctor. If the contents come into contact with the skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and consult a doctor if necessary. The product should be used with caution on the head, children, diabetics and people with poor blood circulation. Keep the bag out of the reach of children and avoid exposing it to temperatures below 0°C or above 45°C.
